Built by Family, Shaped by Members

Raise The Bar CrossFit is mother and son owned and operated. Every decision, from pricing to how classes run, reflects what the people walking through the door actually need.

Coaches Who Pay Attention

The coaches here know their members by name and by what they are working on. They give clear direction, adjust when something is not working, and make it easy to ask questions without feeling like a burden.

Owner/Head Coach

Tyler Muller

After being exposed to Crossfit by my wife and sister in 2018, I quickly learned that it was much more than just a workout. Crossfit is a community, an atmosphere, and a feeling. I fell in love with that and realized soon after that I was drawn to something even greater; coaching. I am a certified CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and have an associates degree in Exercise Science.
My favorite part of coaching is facilitating a great space for people to have the best hour of their day. I feel fortunate that I have RTB to call home. I'm surrounded by great friends and family inside the gym, and we are all pushing each other to be better every day. Outside of the gym, you’ll usually find me spending time with my wife Michelle and daughter Ellie. We love hiking, going for walks, and snuggling up to watch movies!
Owner/Coach

Kelli Tierney

I’m Kelli Tierney, co-owner and CrossFit Level 1 coach. I discovered CrossFit at the age of 50—proof that it’s never too late to start a fitness program. What began as a personal challenge, quickly became a life-changing passion. Through CrossFit, I built strength, confidence, and a whole new level of well-being. I love the incredibly supportive and empowering community!

Now, I’m on a mission to help others experience that same transformation. I truly believe fitness is for everyone! No matter your age or starting point, I’m passionate about helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident—both inside and outside the gym.

Media Manager/Coach

Michelle Muller

Level 1 CrossFit Coach / A.S. Exercise Science.

My CrossFit journey started back in 2016 after I tried (and failed 😅) to stick with just about every other workout plan out there. Regular gyms just weren't my thing—I never knew what I was supposed to be doing, spent way too much time wandering around, and left feeling like I didn't accomplish anything. I'd heard about CrossFit, didn't fully get it, but figured I'd give it a shot. One class in, and I was hooked. The community was a huge part of that. Having people around me kept me accountable, and I loved being able to show up, work hard, and be done in an hour. Before long, everyday life started getting easier—stairs didn't leave me winded, hikes didn't wreck me for days, and I just felt stronger and more capable all around.
Now as a mom, time is precious and energy is everything. Being fit enough to keep up with my daughter is non‑negotiable, and CrossFit helps me do exactly that while still feeling like me. As your coach, my goal is to help you on your journey and get to your why. Something brought you here, and I'm here to help you feel comfortable, welcomed, and a little stronger every single day—inside and outside the gym.

Coach

Keron Lewis

If you’re looking for me, check the lifting platforms first. I’ve got a massive passion for weightlifting and anything involving a barbell, which is why I leveled up with my USAW certification. I love the technical side of the sport, but I love the community even more. There’s nothing better than seeing an athlete’s "lightbulb moment" when a lift finally clicks.

Outside of CrossFit, I’m a big dog person and a total motorcycle enthusiast. If I’m not coaching, I’m probably on two wheels or hanging with my pups.

Coach

Jessica Vallaro

I have been part of the CrossFit community for over 10 years and recently celebrated my one year coaching anniversary!

My journey with fitness has evolved over the years, but one thing that has never changed is I love to share my fitness with others! Whether it’s taking classes with friends, convincing them that running a race is a GREAT idea, or coaching new clients, I love the energy of connecting with people and sharing in their accomplishments!

To date, my biggest fitness accomplishments have been training myself for two marathons, and being trusted by anyone who takes my classes to let me push them out of their comfort zone!

In my class you can always count on me to be your biggest hype woman…and never let you skip your mobility work!

Coach

Alissa Mosca

I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 12 years and coaching CrossFit for 9 of them, and what I love most is the community. I’m an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and CrossFit Kids Coach—but beyond the certifications, my passion is people.

You’ll usually find me coaching with a big smile, dancing along with members during class, and celebrating every win, big or small. Building genuine connections and helping others feel strong, confident, and supported is what lights me up every day.

Coach

Alex Cefarelli

I’ve been coaching CrossFit for over 5 years and hold my CrossFit Level 1 Certification. What drives me most as a coach is putting the athlete first—everyone who walks through the door has different goals, and I take pride in helping each person progress in a way that works for them.

I’m deeply passionate about growth, both inside and outside the gym. That mindset shows up in my own training, especially through rock climbing, where I’m constantly pushing myself to improve, problem-solve, and stay patient through the process. I bring that same energy into coaching—focusing on long-term progress, consistency, and building confidence along the way.

Whether you’re brand new or experienced, my goal is to help you move better, get stronger, and feel proud of what you’re capable of.

Coach

Greg Lobotsky

My name is Greg Lobotsky. I have been involved with CrossFit since 2006. I started coaching at Hudson Valley CrossFit in 2008 in my family’s barn, which was the first CrossFit gym between NYC and Albany. In 2012 I opened Poughkeepsie CrossFit, which I owned for 5 years. In 2019 I started working at Dutchess CrossFit right here at 1708 Rt 9. I purchased the gym in 2021 and ran a pretty cool spot until August 2025, when I decided to hand the reigns over to our current leaders, Tyler and Kelli.

Along the way I have had the privilege of programming for and coaching everyday athletes, as well as world class CrossFit competitors. I look forward to continuing that tradition for years to come.
